Our Process
This is the basic process we typically follow for new customers. However, with some return customers or repeat projects, we can create a flow that works for you with as much involvement as requested.
Consultation
The first step in our process is learning from our customers what their goals are. We focus our entire project to FUNCTION to achieve our clients goals.
Proposal
We provide our clients with a proposal that includes price options, and time considerations so we can plan the next step forward in your project.
Visual Design
Whether the goals from your consultation were to maintain market share, introduce a new brand or just create that WOW factor, we provide a visual design option that FUNCTIONS to bring your goals to fruition. Typically, this visual design will be submitted to you in a couple of different options.
Design Construction
After an option is chosen for the Visual Design direction, we finalize the project with the chosen design and submit it to you for changes and review. Typically three sets of changes past the Visual Design is included in our proposals.
Support
We pride ourselves on return customers. We offer support going forward on projects that go to print or websites that need constant maintenance. We also quote future projects with the idea in mind that a visual direction was already etched out for your brand.
